Self-Hypnosis- Is one of the most valuable mental tools an athlete can possess. It trains an athlete how to focus the mind when you play and can be used right before a game for best results.
Modules- After each session, clients receive a module for reference and review to use between sessions. These modules summarize key insights, outline practiced techniques, and provide a guide for a mental training routine.
